HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The Government of São Tomé and Príncipe introduced the Citizenship by Investment Program on 1st August 2025 under Decree-Law No. 07/2025. Foreign investors obtain irrevocable citizenship through a non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund. Applications are managed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit, established under the same legislation and operated by STP Service Advisory from the United Arab Emirates.
