How To Apply

A successful application depends on various key factors. Through long years of experience, we learned that every detail counts and if overlooked, it could result in citizenship rejection. Our expertise is to pre-empt an issue and find a solution beforehand.

We have successfully processed second citizenships for clients from over 45 different countries across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa. We have come across all scenarios and found solutions for the most diverse challenges.

1. PROFILE ASSESSMENT

Firstly, we understand the client’s motivations and needs to find the best suitable citizenship program. We ensure that the client’s nationality allows him/her to apply for the selected/desired program.


We thoroughly pre-qualify the client to ensure that the Government accepts his/her profile. If the case presents difficulties, which could result in citizenship rejection, we pre-screen the case with the Government beforehand to obtain their acceptance in principle.


At this stage, we request the client’s passport copy and proceed to perform an initial Security Check.


The client proceeds to sign our Retainer Agreement and now we officially start working on the application.

2. DOCUMENTS PREPARATION

We would send a tailor-made checklist with all the documents required to prepare a perfect application. Please note that each case requires different documents.


Some of the basic documents are the following:

Copy of Birth Certificate – Must be attested by the ministry of foreign affairs

Copy of Marriage Certificate - Must be attested by the ministry of foreign affairs

Recent Original Police Reports from the country of residence, country of original citizenship, and any country where they have a residency or resided in for more than 6 months


In the meantime, our team would prepare the various application forms and support documents.

3. SUBMISSION TO THE GOVERNMENT

Once the file is completed we submit the case to the Citizenship by Investment Unit to that particular Government.


The Government issues a letter acknowledging receipt of the file and confirming that all documents have been submitted in a good form. At this point, the file is sent to the Due Diligence company appointed by the Government.

4. DUE DILIGENCE PROCESS

Once the Due Diligence report is ready and reviewed by the Government, further support documents could be requested. We ensure the submission of further documents is done in a timely manner.


Due Diligence takes on average 2 to 3 months for most citizenship programs, although in some cases could be fast-tracked down to 5 weeks.

5. GOVERNMENT’S CITIZENSHIP APPROVAL

The Government issues an official Citizenship Approval Letter including instructions for the client to process the payment of the investment.

6. TRANSFER INVESTMENT & GOVERNMENT FEES

The client transfers all required fees and investments to the Government specified bank accounts.


We require a copy of the transfer swift to ensure the Government locates the funds fast and without delays.


The Government confirms receipt of the client’s payments.

7. CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATES ISSUANCE

Citizenship Certificates are issued approximately one month after the Government confirms receipt of the funds.


The Citizenship Certificate must be sealed, stamped, and signed by a Government authority.

8. PASSPORT ISSUANCE

Passports issuance takes approximately one week, once we obtain the original Citizenship Certificates. We can, in certain and urgent cases, obtain them within 24 hours.


We receive the Citizenship Certificates and Passports to our offices then they could be collected or couriered to the client’s country of residence.
