Overview for citizenship under the real estate option for Montenegro Citizenship Program :

Applicants are required to invest in approved real estate projects in the country. Depending on where the selected projects are, applicants will have the choice of the following investment levels:
1. Invest EUR 250,000 in some of the development projects previously approved by the Government in an undeveloped area of Montenegro, or
2. Invest EUR 450,000 in some of the development projects previously approved by the Government in the developed area of Montenegro.
Additional Donation of EUR 100,000 in the form of Government fee is needed, non-refundable.
E-2 Treaty Program signed between Montenegro and the United States which allows citizens of Montenegro to reside and work in the U.S. under an E-2 Investor Visa.
Montenegro is a future candidate for EU membership and joins Schengen area by 2025.
Lifetime citizenship for family and generations.

APPROVED PROPERTY PROJECTS

1. The first hotel development to be approved under the Montenegro Citizenship by Investment Program. Upon completion, the project will have a total capacity of 380 beds and an estimated value of over €11 million. (Kolašin Resort & Spa)

2. A 5-star hotel development situated in the mountain town of Kolašin. The luxury hotel and spa development are surrounded by spectacular mountains and lakes, in one of Europe’s most underrated skiing and mountain tourism destinations. (Hotel Breza Kolašin)

3. The luxury hotel resort will boast a spa and wellness center occupying over 1000m2, alongside state-of-the-art gym and conferencing facilities. The hotel will occupy 5 floors, with an emphasis on accessibility and eco-friendly construction techniques. 4. Situated in the southern part of Bjelasica, the K16 Mountain Getaway is Montenegro’s highest altitude resort, and a newcomer to the country’s list of citizenship eligible investment property projects.
