Grenada’s citizenship by investment and second passport program is the only program in the Caribbean that allows Visa Free access to China in addition to all Schengen States, the UK, and Singapore. The Citizenship by Investment Program reopened in August 2013, when the Grenadian Parliament passed Act No. 15 of 2013, otherwise referred to as the ‘Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013.’ The stated objective of the Act is to “enable persons to acquire permanent residence, second passport and citizenship of Grenada by registration in Grenada’s government approved projects.”

The non-refundable financial contribution varies depending on the number of applicants as follows:

As per Grenada’s citizenship legislation a real estate Investment of USD 350,000 is required as well as application fees payable to the Government. The property can be sold in approximately 3 years, or longer, depending on the stipulations of each project. Once it is sold the investment also qualifies the next purchaser for citizenship.

Client signs CI Retainer Agreement and pays the retainer invoice.
File ready for submission. Payment of Government Processing Fees, Due Diligence, Citizenship Application, and Passport Fees. The client pays the Submission invoice of CI Professional Fees.
Due Diligence results are ready and Citizenship approval is issued.
In the case of Donation, GSA or Real Estate the applicable financial contribution is payable to the Escrow Account in Grenada.
The client pays the Approval invoice of CI Professional Fees.
Citizenship Certificates are issued and Citizenship Invest obtains the passports.
Passports are delivered to the client in their home country.
