Client signs CI Retainer Agreement and pays the retainer invoice.
Once the file is ready for submission, the client pays Government Processing Fees, Due Diligence, Citizenship Application and Passport Fees. A deposit to secure their share is also paid to the Government Escrow account.
The client pays the Submission invoice of CI Professional Fees.
Due Diligence results are ready and Citizenship approval is issued.
At this point, the applicable Financial Contribution is payable to the Ministry of Finance and Planning.
In the case of real estate option, the remaining balance due on the property is paid to the Escrow account.
The client pays the Approval invoice of CI Professional Fees.
Citizenship Certificates are issued and CI obtains the passports, CI final Professional Fees are paid. Passports are delivered to the client in their home country.
