RESIDENCY BY INVESTMENT

The Andorra Passive Residence for Investors authorises the holder and his family to reside in Andorra without work or gainful activity. The Andorra Passive Residence for Investors, also known as Andorran Golden Visa, is designed for individuals who desire to establish residency in Andorra without engaging in employment and instead rely primarily on their passive income for livelihood.

Andorra became a member of the United Nations in 1993, establishing its branches of government separate from Spain and France, and joined the Council of Europe in 1994. Andorra has a Decree No. 2003-739 of 30 July 2003 on The Publication of The Convention between France, Spain, Andorra allowing for free movement for 90 days.
